About the role
This role is open for someone who has worked a couple of years as an account executive, account manager, ad operations manager or strategic planner in an Advertising, Media or Marketing agency.
As a Campaign Manager at Creme Digital, you are an integral part of the day-to-day running of the business, liaising with all internal departments and external parties. By playing a supportive role between our Brand Consultants and Ad Operations Managers, you will help manage clients’ marketing campaigns and make sure performance KPIs are achieved.
This role gives you the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of digital marketing & media channels, platforms and strategy. Eventually, you will be encouraged (and expected) to take on the role of Brand Consultant where you will provide consultation to both local and regional clients.
This is a Junior to Mid-Level role and the expected basic salary is RM3,500-RM6,000 (excl. quarterly bonuses) with great career prospects.
Build positive relationships with your clients, including attending client meetings and creating contact reports
Organise campaign assets and information for campaign implementation
Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met
Analyse campaign performance and reports, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaign renewals
Minimum 2 years work experience in an advertising, media or marketing agency
Good understanding and genuine interest in the digital marketing landscape
Experience with Facebook and Google Ads is a big advantage
Analytical mind and good problem solving skills
Very organised and good math skills
Great communication & presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
