Job Description

Creme Digital’s mission is to develop and offer complete, packaged digital marketing solutions based on industry, target audience, marketing objective and budget level. Our solutions are based on digital marketing best practices and include creative strategy, media strategy, creative development and real-time media trading. The Sales Manager at Creme Digital proactively seeks business opportunities, achieves revenue goals and builds strong relationships with clients. This person is highly driven, passionate about all things digital, well-spoken and has exceptional business development skills with deep prior digital marketing experience. Working in a small team, but as an individual contributor, the Sales Manager is given high levels of autonomy with the opportunity to grow and lead a sales team. 


  • Strategically identify, pursue and grow business with new and existing clients
  • Build and drive sales pipeline to deliver set monthly sales quotas
  • Identify client business needs and proactively sell marketing solutions that meet client objectives
  • Work collaboratively with Media Trading and Client Servicing teams to monitor performance and to address client needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of deep relevant digital marketing sales or business development experience
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
  • Proven leadership ability to influence CXO level
  • Results and detail orientated with a very hands-on approach
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to fit into a start-up culture
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Likes to work with numbers and is very comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
  • Very familiar with paid digital media concepts like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, RTB, DSP etc.
