FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER
(Petaling Jaya, Malaysia)
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s finance, accounting, tax and office administration matters
- Develop and implementing various human resource/administration plans and procedures (Staff Remuneration, Disciplinary Procedures, Absence Management, Working Conditions, Performance Management and more).
- Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits
- Liaise with bank, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other statutory bodies
- Handle day to day billing, collection, payment, creditor and debtor accounts management
- Organisation of fiscal documents
- Preparation of full set of accounts in collaboration with external accountant
- Provide recommendations/improvements on various finance related processes & proceduresTo undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accountancy
- At least 3 years of working experience in a finance/accounting related field
- Possess communications skills both in oral and written English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Well-versed in Malaysian financial reporting standards, sales & services tax and income tax regulations.
- Work experience from an MSC status company is a big advantage
- Knowledge in SQL accounting system will be an added advantage
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Possess a driving license and own vehicle
