Job Description

As part of Creme Digital, you will join a team filled with smart, dedicated and driven people whose mission is helping our clients succeed. In this role, you will execute digital marketing campaigns to help meet advertising campaign and business goals for our clients. You will be managing, optimising, reporting on, and communicating the effectiveness of multiple digital advertising channels.

You will learn more in two weeks here than you would elsewhere in two years. Via our own Creme Digital Academy, we provide continuous learning directly related to real-time media trading, such as bidding strategies, advanced platform features, inventory volume and price volatility studies, analytics implementation and analysis, campaign tagging with parameters and javascript, as well as strong foundations in (digital) marketing & advertising.


  • Campaign set-up, trafficking, tracking, troubleshooting and optimisation with various media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Services teams to evaluate client needs with regards to their objectives and goals, and to coordinate successful delivery of campaigns
  • Assist in operational discussions and update/improve the company process frameworks that fuel our commitment to maximise efficiency and automate tasks
  • At times, participate in consultative engagements with clients with regards to the performance of campaigns, including weekly insights, post mortem analysis, and recommendation for future activities
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming technology product capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Reliable time-management skills; dependable team member
  • Keen interest in marketing communications & advertising
  • Likes to work with numbers with a fast mathematical mind
  • Creative approach to problem solving; always looking for improvements to the way things are done
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a big plus
