Job Description

We are currently looking for a Client Services Executive who can help maintain existing business and grow business relationships with current clients. The Client Services Executive will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and company. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different departments to improve customer support and enhance customer satisfaction. A good understanding of the digital media industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of company’s product offering and be able to advise clients accordingly
  • Coordinate campaign with Sales and Trading department to ensure timely fulfillment of campaign and determine the best utilization of resources
  • Create and maintain trackers to assist in providing campaign progress to client when necessary
  • Stay updated with company’s products and industry offerings

Minimum Qualifications

  • Patience and able to handle pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and can articulate well
  • Creative thinking with active problem solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be good to have
