About the role
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, well-organised and hands-on individual familiar with digital media buying (based on CPM, CPC and CPA). Working in a small team, as well as independently, the candidate will be given high levels of autonomy but is expected to deliver quality work in a timely fashion.
The expected basic salary is RM3,000–RM4,500 (excl. quarterly bonuses) depending on relevant experience, achievements and skills.
Lead the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital media platforms, for multiple clients
Monitor, manage and optimise ongoing campaigns and report on results using marketing platform tools, analytics reporting and internal templates
Analyse client websites/apps and identify analytics/tagging requirements and recommend appropriate action to ensure campaign tracking/reporting success
At times, have consultative engagement with clients with regards to the performance of campaigns, including weekly insights, post mortem analysis, and recommendation for future opportunities.

Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Reliable time-management skills
Likes to work with numbers, has a fast mathematical mind and is very comfortable working with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
Familiar with paid digital media concepts like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, RTB, DSP etc.
